The length of the gear shifter is +6 cm from the original shifter.

You don't need any other parts for assembly, you don't need to drill or modify anything (the housing initially has 3 holes through which we insert m8 screws - remove the old selector and insert the short shifter from inside the car - you need to turn 3 m8 nuts from the chassis side.
